After Termination of Trading Station II (TSII)
We, Rakuten Securities Hong Kong Ltd., terminated our services to provide Trading Station II (TSII) effective on 30 April 2021. We appreciated your continuous support on TSII for a long period of time.
For your TSII account status, please find the information below for your reference.
Clients who have Rakuten FX account
1, Clients who gave the instruction
- Requested transfer account balance and open positions to Rakuten FX
Your request has been completed on or before 1 May. Please note that the pending orders were cancelled on TSII and did not transfer to Rakuten FX. - Requested withdrawal of all account balance
Account balance has transferred to your designated bank account no later than 1 May. Please contact us if there is an inquiry.
2, Clients who did not give any instruction
- If there were account balance and any open positions in TSII on 30 April (Market close)
Account balance and open positions has been transferred to your Rakuten FX trading account. The pending orders were cancelled on TSII and did not transfer to Rakuten FX. - If there were no account balances in TSII on 30 April (Market close)
Your TSII account was closed.
Clients who do not have Rakuten FX account
3, Clients who gave the instruction
- Requested create new Rakuten FX account and transfer account balance and open positions
Your request has been completed on or before 1 May. Please note that the pending orders were cancelled on TSII and did not transfer to Rakuten FX. - Requested withdrawal of all account balance
Account balance has been transferred in your designated bank account no later than 1 May. Please contact us if there is an inquiry.
4, Clients who did not give any instruction
- If there were account balance and any open positions in TSII on 30 April (Market close)
We transferred account balance and open positions to the newly created Rakuten FX trading account with limited trading functionalities on your behalf. You could not open positions in your newly created Rakuten FX trading account until you provide the required documents according to relevant regulatory requirements to us. Please provide the Additional Account Form no later than 31 December 2021. - If there were no account balances and any open positions in TSII on 30 April (Market close)
