Beware of Phishing Scam, Protect Yourself
What is phishing scam?
Phishing scam is a fraudulent act in which customers' passwords, PIN numbers, and personal information are obtained illegally by fake emails and websites disguised as real financial institutions, etc., and money is stolen. In most cases, fake emails and websites are cleverly created to look exactly like the real thing, with the email sender, URL, and design.

Examples of phishing fraud caused by fake emails

I received an email that appeared to be from XX Bank saying "Due to our strengthened security measures, we need you to log in again and reset your user information. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please click here to reset your information," so I clicked the link in the email without any suspicion and entered my user ID and password on the screen that appeared. Then, using that information, someone logged into my account without my permission and made a fraudulent transfer.
What can I do to protect myself?
