1. The Campaign period is from Hong Kong Time 23 April 2026 (6:00 a.m.) to 21 June 2026 (4:55 a.m.) (“Campaign Period”).
2. This campaign applies to all Rakuten Securities HK existing clients who successfully registered the Campaign (“Eligible Client”) through designated Campaign page from 23 April 2026 to 22 May 2026 (both dates inclusive).
3. There is one-entry per Eligible Client for the Campaign with one (1) eligible account. Clients who want to change their eligible account for the Campaign may resubmit their registration through the designated registration page, however, please note that all trading records of the latest registered eligible account will be used to determine the reward that the Client is eligible to receive.
4. The trading period is within 30 days after the date of registration (“Trading Period”) of the Eligible Account.
5. Eligible client whose total accumulated trading volume achieves below specified trading volume (no matter open or close) in any currency pairs during their Trading Period shall be eligible to receive below corresponding rewards (“Trading Reward”) listed below:

6. Rakuten Securities HK will contact the eligible clients who are entitled to the rewards, and the eligible clients should collect the reward in person on or before 30 September 2026 at Rakuten Securities HK office.
7. The reward(s) received by clients is subject to the registration and trading records of Rakuten Securities HK.
8. Unless otherwise agreed, this offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other campaign, programme or promotional offer during the Campaign Period, including but not limited to FX Welcome Offer for New Client (February 2026), FX Welcome Offer for New Client (April 2026), FX Welcome Offer for New Client (May 2026) and Rakuten Securities HK Sakura Season Trading Offer Campaign March 2026. Eligible client can be entitled to the general trading points in addition to the reward of this campaign during the campaign period from the date of successful registration of “Rakuten FX Programme”.
9. If the Eligible account is closed before receiving the rewards or there is late collection, the rewards shall be deemed forfeited.
10. The reward is not transferable to any third parties or cash under any circumstances.
11. Rakuten Securities HK reserves the right to offer any alternative gift of equivalent in the same category if the gifts are not available or if there is any issue arisen without prior notice.

15. Rakuten Securities HK reserves the right to vary or terminate the Campaign at any time and to amend the terms and conditions of the offers from time to time without prior notice.
16. In the event of dispute arising out of this Campaign, the decision of Rakuten Securities HK shall be final and binding on all parties concerned.
17. The Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
18. The Terms and Conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.
19. In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall apply and prevail.
