- The Campaign period is from Hong Kong Time 28 July 2026 (12:00 a.m.) to 30 October 2026 (11:59 p.m.) (“Campaign Period”).
- This Campaign applies to new clients who successfully open a Rakuten FX account from 28 July 2026 to 30 October 2026 (both dates inclusive) (“Account Opening Period”), and do not currently hold and closed any trading account with Rakuten Securities HK within the past twelve (12) months before the commencement date of this Campaign (“New Client”).
- New Client who successfully registers for this Campaign through designated campaign page, and registers for “R Rewards Programme” by submitting correct and valid information including their registered email address and Rakuten FX account number on the designated registration page, during the Account Opening Period (“Eligible Account”) is eligible to receive 10,000 points (“reward”).
- There is one-entry per New Client for the Campaign with one (1) eligible account. Clients who want to change their eligible account for the Campaign may resubmit their registration through the designated registration page, however, the trading records for general trading points of the new registered account will be effective from the next trading day following the registration date.
- The reward will be credited to the Eligible Account on or before 31 December 2026.
- The reward points will be valid until the last calendar day of the 12th month from the day of credit.
- The rewards received by clients are subject to the registration records of Rakuten Securities HK.
- If the Eligible account is closed before receiving the rewards, it is deemed as forfeited absolutely.
- The rewards under this Campaign are not transferable to any third parties.
