Key Responsibilities:
- Strategize, create, and publish high-performing content (KV, videos, etc.) tailored to platform-specific best practices—especially YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok—with a focus on maximizing reach, engagement, and follower growth.
- Develop video content optimized for audience retention, shareability, and platform algorithms, using hooks, storytelling, and visual appeal to boost view-through rates and virality.
- Generate insights from data and convert into creative design & copywriting, work with designer to develop conversion-driven marketing materials.
- Actively manage and grow online communities through timely engagement, conversation-starting content, and response strategies to foster brand loyalty and audience expansion.
- Plan and optimize paid social campaigns (i.e. UGC campaign, interactive/personalized content)
- Collaborate on content creation with internal teams and influencers/agencies.
- Track, analyze and report on campaigns’ performance and ROI based on business objectives.
- Stay updated on trends, algorithms, and competitor activities, and propose optimization suggestions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of professional social media management experience.
- Proven track record of managing and growing audiences across key platforms, including but not limited to YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager or equivalent social advertising tools and ability to derive actionable insights from campaign data.
- Experience in the Finance industry is a strong plus.
- Strong copywriting skills. Graphic and video editing skills are preferred.
- Creative, visually oriented, detail-focused, and able to merge analytical and creative thinking.
- Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
- Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken) required. Mandarin and/or Cantonese proficiency preferred.
