This Campaign applies to new clients who successfully open a Rakuten FX account from 1 August 2025 to 30 September 2025 (both dates inclusive) (\u201cAccount Opening Period\u201d), and do not currently hold and closed any trading account with Rakuten Securities HK within the past twelve (12) months before the commencement date of this Campaign (\u201cNew Client\u201d).<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">3. New Client shall successfully register for this Campaign by submitting correct and valid information including their registered email address and Rakuten FX account number on the <a href=\"\/en\/promotion\/r-rewards-programme\" rel=\"noopener\">designated registration page<\/a>, during the Account Opening Period (\u201cEligible Account\u201d).<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">4. There is one-entry per New Client for the Campaign with one (1) eligible account. Clients who want to change their eligible account for the Campaign may resubmit their registration through the <a href=\"\/en\/promotion\/r-rewards-programme\">designated registration page<\/a>, however, please note that all trading record of the latest registered eligible account during the Account Opening Period will be used to determine the amount of welcome points that the Client is eligible to receive and the trading records for general trading points of the new registered account will be effective from the next trading day following the registration date.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">5. The trading period is within 30 days after the date of account opening (\u201cTrading Period\u201d) of the Eligible Account.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">6. New Client shall be entitled 250,000 welcome points (\u201cwelcome points\u201d) for every 1,000,000 (1M) trading volume (no matter open or close) with the Eligible Account during the Trading period. The maximum amount of welcome points that a New Client can be entitled from trading shall be 1,250,000 welcome points.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">7. New Client can be entitled to an extra 2,500,000 bonus points (\u201cbonus points\u201d) for reaching 50,000,000 (50M) trading volume (no matter open or close) with the Eligible Account during the Trading Period.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">8. New Client who complete the following requirements within the specific period below will receive an additional 125,000 points (\u201ctransfer-in points\u201d):<\/span><\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">a. Submit a statement of proof of the client from other brokers issued within the past 3 months from the date of account opening during the Account Opening Period by emailing to info@sec.rakuten.com.hk; and<\/span><\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">b. Complete a minimum of 2,000,000 (2M) trading volume (in any currency pairs, no matter open or close) with the Eligible Account during the Trading Period.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">9. New Client can receive a maximum of 3,875,000 points in this Campaign (excluding general trading points).<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">10. The trading volume will be used to calculate rewards for both welcome points and transfer-in points at the same time.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">11. Welcome points, bonus points and transfer-in points will be credited to the Eligible Account on or before 30 November 2025.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">12. Welcome points, bonus points and transfer-in points are valid until the last calendar day of the 12th month from the day of credit.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">13. The rewards received by clients are subject to the registration and trading records of Rakuten Securities HK. <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">14. Unless otherwise agreed, this offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other campaign, programme or promotional offer during the Campaign Period.
