Rakuten Securities HK MT4 Elite Tier Campaign for New Clients (“MT4 Elite Campaign”) – Terms and Conditions >

1. MT4 Elite Campaign applies to clients who does not currently hold any MT4 account in Rakuten Securities HK before 5 December 2022 (00:01 a.m.) and the account opened on or after 5 December 2022. (“Eligible Account”).
2. To be eligible for the Campaign, clients are required to register online through the designated registration page.
3. MT4 Elite Campaign starts on 5 December 2022 at 00:01 a.m. and will continue until the MT4 Elite Campaign is terminated in accordance with Clause 11. (“Campaign Period”)
4. Once the account opened, clients will be assigned to MT4 Elite (Lite) tier and will be upgraded to MT4 Elite tier for three (3) calendar months starting from the account creation month when (i) client makes the initial deposit with amount of HK$500,000 (or US$60,000) or above; or (ii) an account or accounts holder provide(s) a trading statement from other leveraged FX trading broker which the trading volume achieve 100,000,000 in a month from July to November 2022.
5. The trading volume refers to total trading volume for the month. And total trading volume will be counted from the first trading date (Market open) of that month to the last trading date (Market close) in the same month.
6. Eligible MT4 Elite (Lite) Account which reaches the required trading volume 100,000,000 (1,000 lots), the upgrade of the account tier will be adjusted in the next calendar month accordingly.
7. Eligible MT4 Elite Account which cannot maintain the required trading volume 100,000,000 (1,000 lots) in the evaluation period (“Evaluation period”), which is three (3) calendar months upon account opened or last upgrade, the account tier will be resumed to MT4 Elite (Lite) tier in the next calendar month accordingly.
8. Adjustment of tier will be completed within six (6) working days of the next month. Client will be notified of the changes through email.
9. For any requests on the change of account tier, client shall contact Rakuten Securities HK to verify and it will be subjected to review.
10. Eligible Account can join this Campaign and “Rakuten Securities HK Welcome Offer” at the same time.
11. Rakuten Securities HK reserves the right to suspend, vary or discontinue the above offer and amend the terms and conditions thereof at any time without prior notice. In case of any dispute, the decision of Rakuten Securities HK shall be final and conclusive
12. The Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
13. The Terms and Conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.
14. In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall apply and prevail.
