1. The Campaign period is from Hong Kong Time 1 September 2023 (6:00 a.m.) to 1 November 2023 (4:55 a.m.) (“Campaign Period”).

2. The Campaign applies to all Rakuten FX Live and MT4 accounts of Rakuten Securities Hong Kong Limited (“Rakuten Securities HK”).

3. New client (“New Client”) refers to clients who have successfully opened a Rakuten FX account or MT4 account in the period from Hong Kong Time 1 September 2023 (6:00 a.m.) to 1 November 2023 (4:55 a.m.) (“Account Opening Period”).

4. The Trading Period of New Client starts from the date of account opening to the last trading day of the next calendar month during the Campaign Period (“Trading Period”). For example, the Trading Period of the client who opened account in October 2023, the effective trading period is from the account opening date in October 2023 to the last trading day in November.

5. Existing client (“Existing Client”) refers to clients who have successfully opened a Rakuten FX account or MT4 account before Hong Kong Time 1 September 2023 (4:55 a.m.).

6. The trading period of Existing Client is from Hong Kong Time 1 September 2023 (6:00 a.m.) to 1 November 2023 (4:55 a.m.) (“Trading Period”).

7. Eligible Client whose trading volume reaches the requirements below in any currency pairs during the Trading Period will receive the corresponding reward:

8. All limited personal handwritten signature gifts will be given out according to the order of meeting the transaction requirements, first come first served.

9. Eligible Client shall register this Campaign through designated Campaign page or send an email to info@sec.rakuten.com.hk with the Campaign code “RSHKGIRLSTRADING”, during the Campaign Period.

10. The trading volume of this Campaign can be counted for Rakuten FX Trader Rewards Programme “R Smart Rewards” at the same time. For details of “R Smart Rewards”, please refer to this website.

11. Client can join in both this campaign and the “Rakuten Securities Hong Kong Limited Welcome Offer July 2023” simultaneously. Clients who join this Campaign and “Rakuten Securities Hong Kong Limited Welcome Offer July 2023” at the same time, trading volume will be counted in “'Rakuten Securities Hong Kong Limited Welcome Offer July 2023” first and then will be counted in this Campaign.

12. The rewards received by clients is subjected to the trading records of Rakuten Securities HK. The total opened and closed positions (“total trading volume”) will be calculated in the Trading Period based on the Rakuten Securities HK trading records.

13. There is one-entry per Eligible Client for this Campaign. Clients can only participate the campaign with one account (“Eligible account”).

14. Eligible Client should collect the reward on or before 31 March 2024. Rakuten Securities HK will contact the clients who are entitled to the reward for confirmation and further arrangement (if applicable). If there is no reply from the Eligible Client, we will arrange default options.

15. Eligible Client shall collect the reward in person at the Rakuten Securities HK office. If the Eligible account is closed before receiving the reward or there is late collection, the rewards are deemed as forfeited.

16. Eligible Clients who qualify for flight tickets and complimentary baseball game tickets, it is necessary to provide accurate and up-to-date personal information, as well as booking flight details during the flight reservation process. Clients are expected to follow the instructions provided by Rakuten Securities Hong Kong's customer service representatives to ensure a smooth booking process. In special circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, airport operational constraints, government orders, and other factors, the flights booked by clients may be subject to cancellation or delay. In the event of flight cancellations or delays, customers are required to adhere to the arrangements provided by the respective airline company. During the process of booking baseball game tickets, to ensure a successful reservation, we kindly request clients to provide accurate and up-to-date personal information, along with any other relevant details that may be necessary. Please follow the guidance and recommendations provided by our Rakuten Securities Hong Kong customer service representatives to ensure error-free booking procedures.

17. Once eligible clients have successfully redeemed their flight ticket rewards, if clients wish to change the flight itinerary, please be aware that any fees associated with changes to the flight schedule must be borne by the client. Rakuten Securities Hong Kong will prioritize the client's selected flight date, but please note that the chosen date may need to be adjusted or altered by the airline due to seat availability restrictions. Thank you for your comprehension regarding the necessity of this arrangement. If clients wish to make changes to their flight schedules, please contact the respective airline directly for information on the change process.

18. "Rakuten Monkeys Baseball Stadium Box Seat Group Ticket" are applicable for home games scheduled from April to October 2024. Our customer service representatives will contact eligible customers by March 2024 or earlier to provide more comprehensive information and arrange for the tickets. Please note that these tickets are only valid for designated games, and once the specified game and date for the event tickets are confirmed, no changes can be made. We will make every effort to ensure an adequate supply of baseball game tickets to meet client demand. However, ticket availability may be limited due to factors such as high demand for popular games, limited venue capacity, and peak sales periods. To avoid customer disappointment, we recommend contacting our customer service representatives in advance to book tickets, especially for popular games or important events.

19. If clients are unable to redeem the baseball game tickets for this reward within the home game schedule, it will be considered as a forfeiture of the ticket eligibility, and Rakuten Monkeys will not refund or reissue the tickets. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our customer service representatives at any time.

20. Rakuten Securities HK accepts no liability for the quality of or any other matters relating to the products and services provided by the supplier(s).

21. The gifts and rewards are not transferable to any third parties or cash under any circumstances and the gifts’ photos are for reference only.

22. Rakuten Securities HK reserves the right to offer any alternative gift of equivalent in the same category if the gifts are not available or if there is any issue arisen without prior notice.

23. This Campaign and the relevant offers are subject to the Terms and Conditions of relevant products or services.

24. Rakuten Securities HK has no responsibility for incomplete, lost, late and damaged forms or unavailable network connections, or delayed electronic transmission which may limit an Eligible Client’s ability to participate in this Campaign or using the voucher, flight ticket and baseball game ticket.

25. Rakuten Securities HK reserves the right to vary or terminate the Campaign at any time and to amend the terms and conditions of the offers from time to time without prior notice.

26. In the event of dispute arising out of this Campaign, the decision of Rakuten Securities HK shall be final and binding on all parties concerned.

27. The Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

28. The Terms and Conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.

29. In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall apply and prevail.
