The Faster Payment System (FPS) was launched in September 2018 by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA). With FPS, you may now make instant payments to us in Hong Kong Dollar. The FPS enables you to make round-the-clock payment anytime and anywhere, across different banks. You can register FPS through your bank with a mobile number or email address and transfer funds to us instantly.

You may deposit to us via Faster Payment System (FPS) by your personal/business e-banking.
1. Login to your e-banking and select FPS as the payment method.
2. Enter Rakuten Securities Hong Kong’s FPS ID (8122301) and other relevant information required by the system.
3. Verify the transaction details and click “Confirm” to complete the transaction.
4. Provide the transaction receipt to Rakuten Securities Hong Kong via email email@example.com,or fax to (852) 2119-0117。

2. After funding by FPS, please send the deposit receipt to us via email (firstname.lastname@example.org), or fax to (852) 2119-0117. The deposit receipt should clearly show the transaction date/time, sending bank’s account number, receiving bank’s account number, amount and transaction reference.
3. You may transfer funds on a round-the-clock basis, however, please note that the time of deposit processing is between 9:00am to 4:30pm (HKT), Monday to Friday (excluding Hong Kong public holidays). If we receive your funds and transaction number during this time, the deposit will be processed within 1 business day.
