Key Responsibilities:
• Build and implement the plans of sales strategies and initiatives to optimize the business result
• Manage the team administrative tasks (e.g. delegate tasks to team members, create working schedule, etc.).
• Support the daily operations for handling enquiries from customers in professional manner
• Build the relationship with customers by phone calls, instant messaging, social media, etc. analyzing the potential customers and provide suitable services
• Perform AML/KYC checks on each customer to meet the regulatory requirements
• Achieve the company goal by collaboration with different parties
• Suggest training programs and techniques in order to perform the job efficiently and smoothly
• Ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Experience & Skills:
• Degree holder with Major in Finance, Economic or Accounting is preferable
• Experience in Finance / Banking / Customer Service industry and Licensed with SFC
• At least 5 years of relevant industry experience and 2 years of proven track record of effective management
• Interpersonal and customer service skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin; trading platform and technical issues-handling experience are advantageous
• Sales driven, accuracy, ability to multi-task and work under pressure
• PC knowledge, MS Office, and Chinese word-processing
• Independent, initiative, responsible, team player and customer-oriented
